The hypnosis of those who believe they are meditating (part 1)

In the previous volume we concluded with chapters focusing on mental disorders, in which I explained to you what fantastic pseudology is and when it is used by Aliens-and Operators on their behalf-to manipulate people and also give rise to what is called Mythomania. While living in a fantasy world may seem minor as it appears to be a harmless pastime, on the other hand some people end up transporting their fantasies into reality confusing the two sides. It is precisely at that point that Alien Hypnosis also intervenes, dividing on several fronts. In this first chapter we will deal with the first form of hypnosis, which then goes on to re-engage perfectly with Mythomania. Later we will also resume with other forms of hypnosis, such as precisely the hypnosis of Souls. Before we get to those topics, however, it will be essential in this chapter to address the topic of Mythomania, which connects with the practice of Meditation and Spirituality in general. In the following pages we will in fact deal with the Practice and the results it allows, but from a different point of view than one is used to, as it is a topic that is much attacked and manipulated by Aliens and Operators precisely to prevent people from Evolving. So let us take up the topic of hypnosis by the Aliens and Operators toward humans, focusing on the hypnosis they use on people while they are meditating

This is a very tough subject and one that it will be essential on your part to read with a willingness to understand, and not with a willingness to obsess over every single word and willfully want to misunderstand what is written there, distorting it according to what you think rather than actually reading what is written. So it is important, in order to understand these pages, that there be a commitment on your part to want to understand, without putting your hands up and thinking "this certainly isn't about me, I meditate perfectly all the time..." nor to want to obsess with all your might about the topic that follows and want to think, all of a sudden, that months or years of meditating are immediately being blown to smithereens in order to follow YOUR thinking and not my words. This paper will mainly concern those who claim to have been meditating for many years, even many times a day, and who nevertheless get no results from the practice. This text will concern everyone, of course, but I will speak directly especially to those who claim to get no results even though they say they meditate so many times a day. In fact, I am referring to the artificial mechanism that the Aliens have designed so that people do not Evolve and fail to develop their Psychic Faculties, consequently remaining anchored in the Artificial Low even though they say they have been meditating for so long. 

The argument refers to the hypnosis that Aliens/Operators can do to anyone while meditating, in the simple case that the person in question is not holding Mental Silence. However, the individual can very easily mistake loss of consciousness for Mental Silence, as he will have no power over his thoughts and recollection of thinking, so he will delude himself that he has not been thinking, while time has passed quickly and he has not even noticed. He will seem to be in a trance or, indeed, in hypnosis, and the subject will think it is good, but he will not realize that his absence will increasingly determine the presence of someone else in his head. Worse than having so many thoughts in your head in fact is precisely this loss of consciousness that seems to put you into a trance phase, in which you have no control over what you are doing and resembles the phase in which you are about to fall asleep: there seems to be silence but not because you are holding a perfect non-thought, but because you are falling asleep and/or being hypnotized.

It is no coincidence that most meditation and/or spiritual paths in general direct one to "meditate" with a willingness to lose control and go into a trance, as in hypnosis, which is exactly what the Aliens and Operators need in order to have control over our minds. The less we are present within ourselves, the more they are able to take power for us. 

Deep Meditation has nothing to do with trance and hypnosis in which you lose control and consciousness of who you are. It is one thing to decide to detach yourself from your surroundings, while meditating, to relax and not be lowered by distractions, but your mind is well alert and conscious, nothing to do with falling asleep, or losing control of your mind; it is another thing to surrender yourself completely, without having intent during meditation, without having presence inside your body, but leaving "control" to something else, who will become someone else, thus seeing time rapidly passing by without even noticing how it flew by. Again, you have to realize whether time flies by because you are well and enjoying yourself, so the meditation flows quickly precisely because you enjoyed it to the fullest and would have liked to continue a little longer, or whether it flew by without you even remembering what you did in the meantime or you feel that you didn't have time to sit down that it is already over, as if you really sat down to meditate and there you should already get up; because in the latter cases you didn't meditate: you underwent hypnosis. How to realize whether you are meditating well or whether you are undergoing hypnosis? 

This can be summarized briefly by explaining that if after so many years in which you claim to be meditating, you also feel that you have not had the slightest improvement, that you do not feel the energy, that you do not feel the energy movements physically inside your body, that you do not know how to do anything, that you do not feel the slightest difference, it means that up to now you have never meditated but have always done the opposite: instead of taking control, you have decided to lose it session after session. Again you have to explain well what this means. This is because doubt about one's abilities comes to everyone, so anyone reading this sentence might think "then I too... thought I did well, however after 2 months of meditating I still don't feel the energy well, so that means I am doing badly!" but above I described years, not months; this is because Psychic Faculties need time to be developed and a few months is not enough! Although Meditation brings benefits in mental and physical health from day one, the Psychic Faculties obviously take longer to develop. But if after meditations you don't feel good, you don't feel improved, you don't feel the benefits of the relaxation and energy you absorbed, it means you are not meditating well! It means that instead of performing the technique as it is explained in the Academy, you choose to do your own thing, to follow the easier methods (e.g., meditating by thinking, fantasizing, which is what they teach in all the other paths outside ACD, but not in ACD!) and as a result you are doing everything but meditating in Mind Silence. 

In all of this, many people believe that after already the first or second meditation, their Soul begins to communicate with them inside their head through words, through beautiful words that tell them that they are already very strong, that there is no need to practice to become further strong, and that they should not follow a Psychic Path as they are already too far ahead and too evolved to have to waste time following a Path of practice, so that they should get away from it... and those thoughts, again, not even remotely come from the Soul-which I repeat again does not speak in words in our minds! - but come obviously from the Operators and Aliens. The Soul does not speak words in our minds: the Operators do!

And continually one wants to accept to believe that the words in our mind are proposed by Soul, instead it continues to be the Operators who try to manipulate us. However, many people convince themselves that they are "the special ones," the ones to whom the exception is due, the ones to whom Soul speaks in words even if others don't happen to hear nice words in their heads that persuade them to give up practicing (instead it happens to everyone, and it's not Soul!), the ones who have to non-practice in order to evolve, unlike the others who should practice in order to evolve... without the slightest logic, they don't realize that non-practicing means doing exactly what the vast majority of the population does: they don't practice, so they don't evolve. But, under hypnosis, all logic loses power and becomes deformed, and, as in dreams, whatever passes through one's mind becomes real although this happens only in the illusion of the individual. 

When do you realize that you have spent too much time under hypnosis and how to get out of it? Let's start with the fact that many people do not know the real effects of Meditation because they have never meditated well, so they do not understand what it means that one's life actually improves, but they think it is just a change in the individual's perspective, i.e., that by meditating one becomes more optimistic and sees the good in everything; but it is not about seeing the good even in negative events, it is instead about making many fewer negative events happen, and increasing the positive ones, in order to actually be happier-and not to live in one's own fairy world while one's life goes down the drain! - all just by meditating every day. 

When one decides to Meditate following the real technique taught in the Academy, that is, in real Mind Silence and concentrating with intent (not with words or imaginations!) on one's chakras-which will feed on energy-and chooses to commit minute by minute to this practice until the session is over, one will inevitably feel positive differences in one's body, one's mental health, and one's daily life. 

In terms of mental and physical relaxation, improvements will be felt almost immediately. In fact, one will notice much more mental clarity, emotional happiness, less desire to waste one's time and life behind unnecessary suffering, one feels less inclined to get angry and nervous, one values life and even the people one is with, as if meditation opens our eyes and makes us appreciate everything more to the point of making us happier with our life and our person. It allows us to appreciate ourselves more, makes us feel good, and makes us feel inclined toward improvements in both our lives and our relationships by starting these good wills from ourselves. So many benefits are overlooked because they are now taken for granted, especially by those who have been practicing for years, but it should not be underestimated that meditating allows you to feel good and happy all day long, and pushes you to be more positive toward others, using a sunnier and more pleasant approach that without even realizing it brings people closer to you because they feel drawn to your happiness and positivity. This happens if you meditate well.

But how is it possible that some people who say they meditate even so many times a day, the more they "meditate," the more grumpy, snarling, sketchy (and schizophrenic) and neurotic they become, so much so that after their fantastic session is over they then have to yell at you and/or find a thousand reasons to argue about nothing? We need to seriously think about this because there is nothing normal about this. Meditation makes you more positive and peaceful, not more nervous and touchy. You realize that if after meditating you have a great urge to be argumentative and have big fights with those around you, the problem is not them: it is you. 

And you also need to realize that if after years of meditating the people around you feel that they are pushing you away instead of bringing you closer, and/or claiming that you have a bad temper, that you are always nervous or touchy, or that you are easily angered, you should seriously consider these comments because they are not the ones being manipulated; it is you who are being hypnotized. The idea that it is always only others who are wrong and that you are always right because you believe you are meditating is insanely wrong: it would be wrong to believe that if you meditate well, let alone if your meditating becomes falling into hypnosis instead. So many people in fact exploit the terms of "Low" and "manipulated people" to accuse others, and not realize that they are the problem! This is a mistake one must not make: the mistake of clinging to the excuse of Low and Human Antennae in order not to realize that they are the first to be manipulated and the first to be used as Human Antennae. 

How do you realize that you are falling into hypnosis? From the moment when instead of focusing on the chakra, in Mental Silence, you spend your time fantasizing (and it doesn't matter if you fantasize about swimming in the light, or fantasize about hugging your loved ones, or fantasize about having super powers and becoming a super hero that the crowd will cheer with joy, they are all fantasies), you spend the whole session thinking and imagining convincing yourself that this is how you meditate, even though you know and have read black and white a thousand times that to Meditate you absolutely must hold the non-thought. But you convince yourself that the exception can be made for you, that you can meditate even by fantasizing and thinking, that you will evolve anyway, because you will succeed anyway by being very strong. This is not so, and all the events in your life prove it. 

So the benefits on mental and physical relaxation, after Meditation done well, come right away, and it is absolutely not normal that even though you meditate you find yourself to be a neurotic person who is always prone to quarrels and arguments, because it means you are not meditating at all. It's not possible to meditate well and then be inclined to want to argue with other people, sometimes raise fuss and always find that bit of event to argue about and create huge problems in other people's lives. Also, as is obvious, it is not at all normal that after so many years of claiming to meditate, you have a perpetual depressed or pessimistic state of mind, that is, that about everything that happens you have to have that pessimistic note, or that depressive thought that has to make negative or find the negative in everything that happens, even the most trivial. 

Having a depressed state of mind does not mean weeping over everything, which is instead the next level, but it means always having a discouraging thought about everything, which is then reflected on facial expressions showing a perpetual hangdog face, as well as similar to the perpetual victimhood that I have already mentioned in the previous volume. All this is the exact opposite of Meditation. Once again I have to repeat that if while you are meditating you fall into frequent sleep strokes, or spend half the time sleeping, it is not meditation at all, but it is totally stage hypnosis. Sleeping fits can happen sometimes in a short period of time when maybe you're changing jobs, you're moving house, or you're making big changes in your life and your body still has to get used to it. But it is not acceptable for sleep attacks to happen all the time, every day, for years, because in these cases there is no excuse that holds up: you can't say it is due to too much work you do, or the schedule or too much fatigue, because your body normally gets used to it and if you want to meditate you can still do it.

If after years you are still suffering from severe fits of sleep it means you are not meditating well and it is urgent that you put aside all your beliefs about how you should meditate and start the Technique all over again, choosing to perform it as it comes. All you have to do is change a single step and there you are meditating badly, especially if that single step was just the one of Mental Silence and you claim that for you it is not necessary, that you can meditate just fine even by thinking ... and there the years go by and you still get the sleep attacks. I repeat that it is one thing if you have just started meditating for a few months, it is another thing if you say you have been doing it for many years. There are mistakes that after years are no longer acceptable. And it is time to wake up. 

As already mentioned, meditating well leads to attracting positive people to you because by meditating people around you see and hear you and are attracted to you, even without knowing how to explain the reasons. This does not happen a single time in one's life! This happens every day of one's life. If it is not happening you have to ask yourself questions. 

It's okay Low Artificial and it's okay Operators and all that, but the facts are these, if you meditate well you attract positive people to you (not once, but every day) who feel happy to be in your presence; and I'm not referring to people via chat, virtual people, but I'm talking about people physically around you who looking at you see beyond your appearance and approach you because they are attracted by your positive energy. All this is not about outward appearance, because so many people are physically attractive and draw attention to themselves, but it has nothing to do with positive energy; if you meditate you realize that you are not attracting superficial people to you merely interested in your good looks, but you are starting to attract people who really want to be good together with you, and make your life happy. If this doesn't happen it means you are not emanating positive energy, so you better realize this problem, because it doesn't depend on others but on your absence of positive energy. 

If others looking at you only ever want to come at you and/or find reasons for quarrels, and you always turn out to be the victim pulled into the middle, it is not just about Low and Operators, it is about your absence of positive energy, due to the absence of meditations done right. If people around you have a bad thought about you and/or think you are shallow, depressed, neurotic, childish, selfish, uncaring, or any other negative adjective, stop perpetually playing the victim but realize that there is some truth in what they say. Being selfish and mindless is the exact opposite of Meditating Well. The Low does not exist only when it suits you, claiming that everyone is manipulated only when they say something negative about you; the Low also acts within you, on you, and does not make you realize the serious points you should be working on instead. A person who perpetually plays the role of victim is not a meditating person. A person who every day is neurotic, stressed, anxious, pessimistic, ready to point the finger at others and ready to always accuse others of any smallness making it appear as a giant event, is not a person who meditates. If you claim that you have been meditating for so many years in spite of all those flaws, I tell you again that you are not meditating well, and no matter how many times you have sat thinking about meditating, no matter how many times you have meditated in earnest following the right technique: all those flaws show that you are not meditating but spending time thinking about meditating, and doing it wrong. See well that it's not about keeping a fake smile on your face to look like sunny people, faking it and lying to others and yourself, which may fool the weak people around you, but it doesn't fool all the others, who will soon realize which is a fake smile-which hides strong nervousness and bad character-and which is a real smile, which is the one that attracts many more positive people to you.

On the other hand, as explained before, Meditation brings not only mental and physical benefits, thus mental relaxation, happiness and physical well-being (as if that were little after all), but real Meditation brings more than just improvements in one's material life. It is inevitable to have to note that if since you have been meditating--years--you claim that nothing positive has changed or nothing extra good has happened in your life, you are not meditating well, but spending time in hypnosis. The fact that Meditation brings benefits in daily life is a fact, concrete, recognized all over the world, as long as you meditate well. Just the fact alone that meditating well attracts positive people to oneself, improves one's life because through people who care about us and want us good, it is a given that pleasant and positive situations towards us will also happen. In addition to that, Meditating well allows one to get out of the grid of the Artificial Low and thus allows events to happen that are out of the control of the Low, so situations around us are created specifically to come to us and help us improve and gain benefits on the most various fronts. 

Always finding obstacles even in the smallest thing you want to do means that you are not meditating, because it's okay to talk about Artificial Low, it's okay to talk about Operators, Human Antennae and it's all right, but if you practice you deal with everything, but if you remain anchored in the usual programs it means you are not meditating properly. I often have to deal with people who claim to meditate but get no results, and whenever I ask them how they meditate they claim that they perform the technique perfectly and do not skip any steps. However, going into detail, it turns out that they do everything but perform the real technique. They think, they fantasize, they delude themselves that they are doing well, but they do not Practice as the technique teaches. 

So there is no point in choosing to act and pretend to be perfect, because if you don't get results it is not because the world is bad just against you, that you are the only one who cannot improve (playing the victim again) but you have to accept that your method of "practice" is not working, and it is time you started getting serious. Otherwise just give up! Why waste years practicing badly if you are not going to practice well? At that point drop everything, you'd do it faster! This choice of wanting to remain stubborn in one's idea of practice while getting no results-or very few, too few to consider useful-is also part of hypnosis, because then you will continue to say that meditating doesn't get you results and you will continue to complain that you can't put the techniques into practice. However, the choice to fail is yours alone, because it is you who are choosing to continue doing what you have been doing for years, which is to fail. So many times, to those who are making mistake after mistake in their practice, I explain how to improve their approach to the technique so that they can put it into practice in the correct way, and too many times they reply, "But I have always done it this way!"; yes, in fact you have always done it wrong! If you choose to continue to do as you have always done, even though it has not led you to any results, it means that that choice is not yours, but is induced by the hypnosis they are doing to you while you do not realize it.

The most logical reasoning, if this were true, would be to give up, because it would make no sense to continue "practicing" something that does not satisfy you and/or is not giving you results; so why continue wasting time on it, while complaining about it every day? On the one hand because it is not true that you are not getting anything, otherwise it would not make the slightest sense to keep trying after years, not after days... because after years it is evident that you have gotten something, otherwise it would be absurd to continue pursuing a practice if it were true not to notice any changes, but you still have the intention to complain perpetually, thus demonstrating the depressive and pessimistic state of mind explained above. 

But at the same time as this, there is a much bigger project behind it, namely that the Practitioners need people from within the spiritual groups to denigrate spirituality and the results that would be achieved by the Practice, making the "actors" not even know that they are. So the Practitioners need people who do not practice, do not get results, and complain that they do not get results "while practicing," lying of course, so that other members of spiritual groups also let their doubts sink in in order to push them, too, to give up their practice. But they are convinced that they are telling the truth, because according to them they sat and "meditated" and that should be enough to get results, which of course do not come. The Practitioners hypnotize many people so that they will remain inside the groups anyway, while claiming that they do not "get results," so as to lower the energy of the whole group. 

The most logical and sensible thing to do for oneself would be, in case one is not comfortable in a Path or is not getting results with those practices, to leave and look for another Path, another kind of practice, or just quit. Why does this not happen? 

Why is it that even though you say you have not seen any improvement after years of practice you continue to stay in the same Path instead of leaving and looking for a better path for you as you rightly should? Because the Practitioners need you to stay in that group to lower their attendance, through your complaints that will also plant doubt in the minds of others. It is not at all coincidental that some people stay inside groups for years, in apparent silence, and then suddenly explode for no apparent reason. They serve precisely the Operators to use them at the necessary moment. It all stems from the acceptance of being hypnotized rather than Practicing to become conscious.

    E molto duro accettare quando tu cerchi di fare un bel lavoro in questa occasione e una Meditazione e sentire le critiche forse si in scuola si .Ma siamo in una ACD e non c’è altra è unica Accademia che mi sta aiutando dì vivere più sereno e in pace con me stessa .Si è vero le dubbi mi vengono ma subito mi metto in mente cose boni che successi da quando io cominciato Meditare e come continuano venire anche se c’è Meditazioni che vorrei migliorare.E poi sento che per staccarmi dalle pensieri e più difficile di prima e so che devo lavorare su di me di più.

    Questa lettura è stata come una secchiata d'acqua! Mentre leggevo ho avuto una serie di contrasti di emozioni, in un primo momento mi sono resa conto che alcune meditazioni che svolgo sono proprio in ipnosi, non riesco a stare concentrata sul tocco del chakra che assorbe la prana e mi trovo a pensare , diventa una vera lotta, mentre invece rare volte e solo quando sono stanca mi capita di addormentarmi durante la pratica. Qui ho avuto un attimo di auto rimprovero. Continuando con la lettura mi son detta: si è vero che non tutto il tempo dedicato alla pratica da quando ho iniziato fino a oggi è stato cosciente, ma è anche importante rendersi conto quando una meditazione è valida da quella che si passa il tempo in vari pensieri. Analizzando la mia vita da quando medito e decisamente cambiata in positivo, certo ancora ho da lavorarci ma sono abbastanza soddisfatta. Qui invece mi son detta : devo assolutamente migliorare la pratica perché ci tengo davvero tanto andare avanti nel percorso, non voglio di certo perdere tempo inutile a sedermi a praticare per finta, tanto per dire che medito. Non so come ringraziarti, in questo momento ci voleva proprio un argomento dove ci sprona a migliorare.

    Se non riescono a far abbandonare la pratica alle persone provano a farle meditare male in modo da non ottenere risultati, perché una cosa è avere delle aspettative alte e magari non raggiungerle come modificare i codici del matrix per esempio ma se si medita da ani e a fine meditazione si è scontrosi con gli altri in effetti si sta facendo male, dopo la meditazione si prova un senso di pace e rilassamento totale. Gli operatori sfruttano questo tipo di persone per scoraggiare anche gli altri e rovinare i gruppi dall'interno.

    Ho iniziato a Meditare qualche anno fà, ma di certo non in Non Pensiero e neanche costantemente. Da quando mi sono iscritta in ACD pratico tutti i giorni la Meditazione insegnatami da Angel. Mi è capitato solo una volta in 5 mesi di non essere stata cosciente durante la Meditazione, sò perfettamente che se ci si addormenta non si sta meditando. Il mio problema è il non riuscire ancora ad avere un perfetto Non Pensiero. Ogni giorno combatto con la mia mente durante la Meditazione per spegnerla. Sento perfettamente tutti i Chakra, li sento muoversi quindi penso che l'energia fluisca, ma ancora il Non Pensiero non è perfetto. Ci continuo a lavorare costantemente, è diventato un chiodo fisso anche durante il giorno, aspetto il momento di fare la Meditazione per combattere la mia mente, penso che con il tempo ci riuscirò. Comunque da quando ho iniziato la Meditazione la mia vita è finalmente cambiata in positivo e sono molto più lucida e calma.

    Che dire... ho compreso di essere sotto ipnosi in alcuni momenti della meditazione. Sebbene io non mi lamenti nè abbia quel tipo di atteggiamenti che descrivi come nervosismo, stress, voglia di litigare, etc. mi rendo pienamente conto di non riuscire a mantenere un buon non pensiero lasciandomi trasportare altrove, perdendo coscienza a tratti e abbassando la qualità della pratica. Di miglioramenti in diversi ambiti della mia vita ne ho avuti molti da quando ho iniziato a meditare, ho avuto delle belle esperienze, però sono consapevole di avere un freno a mano tirato che non mi fa avanzare come vorrei. Spero di non essere arrivata talmente oltre da diventare un burattino per gli operatori...

    Io non ho ancora provato la Meditazione dell'Accademia, essendo appena giunto qui. Sono fortunato, però, nel poter leggere questi documenti che mi permettono così di non cascare in trappole insidiose che vengono poste sulla Meditazione. Sono sicuro che la lettura di questo documento sarà d'aiuto a molti studenti che da tempo praticano la Meditazione, ma che di continuo si lamentano di non ottenere risultati da Essa. È chiaro che se si desidera ottenere i risultati da qualsiasi cosa, c'è bisogno di impegno in ciò che si fa. È importante non cadere nell'errore di reputare la Meditazione una semplice pratica giornaliera, perché mi rendo conto che lo stato mentale con cui ci si accinge ad Essa è molto importante e determina il successo o l'insuccesso che si ricava da questo genere di pratica. Se ci si accinge alla pratica meditativa e psichica con vero interesse e desiderio di migliorarsi giorno per giorno, sono sicuro che i risultati si otterranno eccome. Questa sarà una grossa sfida per me stesso, essendo il Non Pensiero richiesto per meditare, a me assai difficile da indurre a causa della mia mente super frenetica. Non ho intenzione di arrendermi ai primi ostacoli dato che desidero proseguire con il Percorso. Tutto il resto sono scuse.

    Grazie davvero per questo capitolo. Aprire il libro con queste dichiarazioni é un bel segnale: sorona a volersi migliorare. Sono tra quelli che si rende conto di distrarsi continuamente durante una pratica e di restarci male quando una sessione di ore risulta faticosa o mediocre mentre magari una sola pratica mi ha dato sensazioni positive e mi domandavo il motivo: semplice, a volte pratico meglio. Man mano che leggevo vivevo dubbi e incertezze, mi sono sentito anche chiamato direttamente in causa ma cosa voglio fare? Lamentarmi? No, non più. Ignorare i progressi? No, sono piccoli ma ci sono. La pratica richiede l'impegno di tutti i giorni, nella misura in cui uno può. Ma l'impegno non deve essere di facciata. Grazie ancora per la botta

    Questo documento è un'ottima occasione per compiere una reale autoanalisi. Sono in ACD da 4 anni e la differenza la sento eccome, me ne son accorto ieri sera rileggendo vecchi commenti da me fatti sugli Steps. Questo però non mi fa sentire arrivato perché non sono affatto soddisfatto delle mie pratiche, e cerco sempre di impegnarmi in un reset periodico anche ripercorrendo tutti gli Steps, specialmente i primi, allo scopo di migliorare la qualità delle mie meditazioni.

    Partendo dal presupposto che di questi tempi non è facile,concordo pienamente che se dopo anni non si ottengono risultati si vede che si sbaglia qualcosa e non voglio fare il professorino perchè umilmente dico che anche io in passato ho sbagliato facendomi stizzire da situazioni ostili manipolate appositamente che ho dovuto scrostare con respiri profondi per non impazzire.Secondo me è funzionale non cominciare la sessione subito con la Meditazione ma prima ripulire l'energia tagliare fili fare connessione con l'universo movimenti di energia in modo da predisporsi magari anche fare aerobica.Meglio 3 Meditazioni di qualità che 10 errate.

    Questo documento è stato molto utile e sbatte in faccia la realtà. Non si può continuare a rovinarsi con le proprie mani e dare poi la colpa alla Meditazione che non funziona. È importante fermarsi ogni tanto e farsi degli esami di autoanalisi circa l'andamento del proprio Percorso Spirituale. A me fare ciò aiuta, specie quando mi rendo conto di non praticare bene perché appunto a fine meditazione o finito di svolgere le tecniche non mi sento soddisfatto o qualcosa mi dice che non ho svolto bene i passaggi, quindi mi metto a tavolino con me stesso cercando di capire dove sbaglio e rendendomi poi effettivamente conto che ho in un certo senso deliberatamente cambiato un passaggio fondamentale oppure l'ho proprio saltato. Per questo ho deciso di scrivere su carta le tecniche passo dopo passo così da memorizzarmi bene i passaggi e se ho dubbi mi basta controllare. Quando mi rendo conto di dove sbaglio poi mi riprendo ricordandomi anche che fin dall'inizio avrei dovuto praticare in quel modo perché in effetti era proprio ciò che aveva detto Angel di fare. Il Non Pensiero, per esempio, l'ho capito solo dopo un bel po' quanto fosse di vitale importanza, mentre prima continuavo a sottovalutarlo nonostante leggessi nero su bianco, più e più volte negli articoli degli steps, che esso è un passaggio fondamentale per la buona riuscita della meditazione. Mi rendo conto che ciò di cui parla Angel in questo documento è proprio vero. Bisogna essere coscienti di come si sta praticando e se ci si sta da soli tirando la zappa sui piedi decidendo volontariamente di praticare male nonostante si creda non sia colpa nostra ma della meditazione che non funziona oppure che non siamo portati per fare ciò. Io ho capito una cosa che, se svolgo brutte sessioni di meditazione, la responsabilità è solo mia perché non sono stato abbastanza presente da rendermi conto dei passaggi che stavo svolgendo male rovinandomi così la buona riuscita della pratica. In definitiva la scelta è nostra, nonostante ci possano essere situazioni favorevoli o sfavorevoli.

    Questo è un documento molto interessante. Ho cercato di farmi un bell’esame di coscienza durante la lettura. Praticare mi piace, mi fa stare bene e anche quando le tecniche non vanno bene come al solito a fine sessione sento comunque del benessere, dei movimenti d’energia e di essere riuscito a fare qualcosa nonostante le difficoltà che possa aver avuto durante quella specifica sessione. L’unica cosa che mi ha fatto sentire “preso in causa” è il fatto che quando passo tante ore a praticare durante la notte a volte verso la fine per la stanchezza finisco per non praticare ma semplicemente rimanere sveglio e stanco in mezzo loto. Quando mi capita smetto di praticare perché anche se la tecnica dovrebbe durare mezz’ora se dopo 5 minuti non sono nemmeno riuscito a concentrarmi un po’ sento che non ha senso continuare nonostante la stanchezza e vado a dormire. Prima di questo documento mi demoralizzavo un po’ quando lo facevo perché sentivo di essermi arreso alla stanchezza e non aver continuato con la tecnica, però ora mi rendo conto che sto facendo la cosa giusta.
