Angel: Good evening, everyone! Let's begin our lesson on energy.

Student: Good evening, Angel. If I understand correctly, according to this document, the "prana recall technique" consists of becoming aware that prana is everywhere around us, that is, remembering, becoming aware of the luminous energy that surrounds us and is present throughout the Universe. The moment we become aware of it, prana is drawn to us and comes to us. This is different from the technique of meditation itself, or from various techniques such as visualization, etc., which involve imagining white prana, or , which involve moving energy with intent. My question is whether prana is drawn by becoming aware that it is everywhere, or whether becoming aware of it automatically draws it to us. However, it is clear to me that even when meditating and practicing other techniques, prana is still being drawn.

Angel: When you become aware of prana, you are taking the first step, because you are raising your tonal and realizing that prana is all around you; but then, if your desire is to absorb this prana, you must set the intention to draw it into yourself and then breathe it in. Therefore, simply becoming aware of it is not enough, because becoming aware of the prana around you then serves to take you to the next step, which is to absorb it into yourself. We breathe prana to evolve, to initiate all the internal healing we need, as well as to nourish our sixth sense, which will allow us to increase our psychic potential. Without nourishment, which is prana, the sixth sense does not evolve. Therefore, becoming aware of the prana around us would not be enough to evolve, because that is the foundation on which we then build the other steps. So it is no different from meditation, because the pranic breathing we are talking about is a fundamental step in meditation, but you can see that meditation is not just breathing prana, but rather paying attention to your chakras, filling them with energy, learning mental silence, becoming aware of the here and now, and much more.

Student: Hi Angel. Just to be clear, by prana we mean only the purest energy, that of God, so there is a distinction between energy and Prana. I mean, if we are talking about a positive entity, we do not call it prana even though it is also energy, am I right? I used entities as an example, but it could be, say, a tree. It is still energy, but can we call it prana? We are made of energy, but are we prana? Just so we understand each other.

Angel: Of course! As explained in the first article on Energy, each type of energy will be defined with a specific term to avoid confusion between different topics. Entities are obviously composed of energy, but it is not prana. We too are composed of energy, but we are not prana. Each type of energy is defined with an appropriate term so that we immediately understand what we are talking about and to avoid misunderstandings. When we talk about energy to be absorbed during meditation, for example, we are always and only talking about prana; not entities, trees, or anything else.

Student: Through visualizing energy, we actually draw it to us. At times, I can feel prana very strongly in my perception, and by connecting to that frequency, I feel that I am drawing it with a purer intention than visualization. Is it better to continue with visualization, or can I draw it into my perception when I am able to?

Angel: This is still the beginning of your journey, and it is important that you learn to do all the steps without skipping any. Knowing how to visualize is essential, because many techniques absolutely require that you know how to visualize in order to create the strong intention that is released through visualization. I am often asked, "If I can use intention without visualization right away, isn't that better?" Of course it would be if you could really do it, but the people who ask me this question are the same ones who immediately say, "I can't do the techniques, I can't do them," and that's the point. Knowing how to use intent is not as easy as it seems, because you've never used it in your life! Knowing how to use it is much more complex than you think; it takes commitment and a lot of practice, and to learn how to use intent, you must first learn how to visualize. Knowing how to use intent means that you know how to decide what intent to have and how to unleash it to the fullest and most powerful extent of its power; if you could really do that, you would no longer have any difficulties in your life, so you understand how incredibly powerful intent is. But it must be trained! Otherwise, you will not be able to use it; on the contrary, it will never do what you want because it is beyond your control. Visualization serves to create the right intention and help you decide what it should be, how it should be, and how powerful it should be. For this reason, even if you believe you can perfectly summon prana through perception alone, i.e., through intention, it is important to train yourself in visualizing prana as well, so that you will be able to perform this technique whenever necessary. This does not mean that you should not use perception, but rather that you should also know how to attract prana through visualization in order to further amplify your perception.

Student: In the lesson on prana, we talked about its constant presence and how it can transform even a very negative environment into a positive one. How can I draw prana outside of meditation, for example at work, to change and protect myself?

Angel: To attract prana outside of meditation, you need to concentrate on pranic breathing for a few minutes while you are at work, as breathing requires no effort and you do not have to sit in the lotus position and close your eyes, since you are not meditating but only concentrating on pranic breathing. so you can do this wherever you are without worrying about anyone seeing you or disturbing you: in their eyes, you are just breathing! Then you focus on drawing white prana around you (visualizing it with the intention of drawing it in, even if your eyes are open) and in the meantime you focus on the intention of absorbing it into yourself with each breath. Of course, it all depends on what your goal is, because if you want to cleanse the environment, you will focus your intention on drawing prana and spreading it throughout the room/place where you are, with the intention of cleansing it; so in practice, you perform the environmental cleansing technique but with your eyes open, as you are at work and not at home. When you are at home, however, you will do it with greater intensity, taking advantage of the silence and calm, closing your eyes and sitting comfortably. It is important to understand that you can also practice when you are away from home: obviously, your techniques will change, as outside the home you are forced to practice with your eyes open and standing up, or sitting in an office chair, and it is important to know how to adapt. However, you should not replace this practice with your eyes open with the original practice with your eyes closed and in the lotus position, or in any case sitting comfortably. Practicing outside the home serves to greatly enhance the practice that takes place at home; you should not replace it and therefore decide to eliminate the practice at home, as this would be a serious blow to your progress!

Student: When we draw prana to ourselves, is it taken from other places on the planet or in the physical universe, or from other dimensions where it is abundant?

Angel: Pranic energy is constantly evolving and growing, increasing at an extremely rapid rate. The more we breathe prana, the more we create new prana. We do not consume it, but rather create it, because the more attention we pay to energy in this dimension, the more it multiplies and increases exponentially, filling not only us, but also the place where we are. So you should never fear that by breathing prana you are 'stealing' energy from somewhere else. On the contrary, you are increasing the presence of energy in the place where you are and in the dimensions that, even though you are not aware of them, you touch and in which you are present (so not just what you see with your eyes!). For this reason, the energy you draw is always coming from extremely positive and abundant places, and in the meantime you create new energy without even knowing it. The more we breathe prana, the more energy we create.

Student: By attracting prana, i.e. positive energy, to where we are and absorbing it, don't we create an imbalance and therefore leave room for negativity?

Angel. Absolutely not. The more prana you attract, the more every place is filled with it; it does not empty one place to fill another, that does not happen, but rather it fills both. The more we attract prana, the more we fill places with prana, and this becomes greater, stronger, so much so that it has more power to counteract darkness. In the absence of prana, the power of darkness increases, which means that places where no one is concerned with attracting it are fertile ground for darkness.

Student: Hi Angel. I have been practicing the psychic protection you taught us for over a month. Usually, when I practiced it, I always had to try a little hard to draw prana, but a few days ago, as I was drawing it, I felt something in my chest unlock/turn on, and with a sense of peace, it began to attract prana. I felt it getting closer and closer and in greater quantities, without any effort. It was a wonderful feeling for me! Since that day, I automatically attract prana in this way and feel it coming closer to me much more easily! Is this a sign that I am practicing well?

Angel: Yes, of course, you can see that you have unblocked yourself. You needed a little more practice to go further, and you have overcome this obstacle.

Student: If my aura is around me, where is the prana? In another dimension?

Angel: Your aura is made of energy, prana is energy, why do you think the two have to clash? The two energies can coexist very well in the same dimension. In fact, the more prana you breathe into yourself, the stronger and more compact your aura becomes. This means that prana is our ally and is incredibly helpful to our physical and energetic well-being. Prana is around you even if your aura is present. It is simply energy, not material, so the two energies can be present at the same time without one of them having to move or cancel itself out. This is also why I often tell you to call prana into a room, for example, even if you think it is already 'full', because it is never full! It can always be filled more. Prana is energy, so it is not like the example of a box full of sand, where, once it is filled, nothing else can fit inside. Sand is material, and if you fill a box with sand, there is obviously no physical space for anything else to fit inside. However, energy is not material, it is not like sand, so the room is never full because you can keep putting prana into it again and again, without limits. The room will continue to fill with prana without ever reaching its limit, because you can draw more and more of it.

Student: Hi Angel, it is an honor for me to be enrolled in your Academy. Thanks to you, I am beginning to awaken my senses, I feel happier and more energetic! You are a source of inspiration.  I have one question in particular: prana energy is everywhere and can overcome any physical barrier, so it can reach us anywhere. But why is it not enough to breathe every day? If prana is mixed with the normal air we breathe, why do we necessarily have to meditate, visualising it and letting it enter our chakras? Thank you for your patience and enthusiasm in encouraging us to keep going every day.

Angel: Hi! Energy is everywhere, but that doesn't mean you've always been breathing it without being aware of it. On the contrary, you're not used to breathing it precisely because you've never paid attention to it. That's why simply breathing every day doesn't help you evolve psychically, but only serves you in the physical realm. Prana is everywhere, but that doesn't mean you unconsciously breathe it.  The only way to breathe it is to focus on it, become aware of it, and then voluntarily decide to absorb it, visualizing it and concentrating on the intention to breathe it.

Student: When we breathe prana in the techniques, should we imagine the prana being breathed in through the mouth or nose? Or should we breathe while also absorbing it from the body? Sorry for the trivial question, but I often forget what I read. In fact, for a few months now, I have been writing down and underlining things to remember every day, and I find it helpful. I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner, I would have learned earlier. Thank you for your patience.

Angel: First of all, you can breathe prana through both your nose and your mouth, in the sense that it doesn't matter. We usually breathe through our nose, but let's say you have a cold and your nose is blocked: it's obviously more comfortable to breathe through your mouth. So breathe as you always do, simply adding the intention to breathe luminous prana. Then, if you ask me whether the prana should be absorbed through the nose or directly into the body, or directly into the chakra, it all depends on the instruction: when it is not specified, i.e. when the instruction says "Breathe prana," it means that you breathe through your nose; when the instruction says "Breathe/absorb prana into the body," you concentrate on absorbing it into yourself both through your nose and also by letting it enter directly through your body, so you absorb it through the skin of your body; when the instruction says "Breathe from the chakra/into the chakra," it means that you do not breathe prana through your nose but concentrate on letting it enter through the chakra, as if it were breathing itself; Obviously, you are not breathing oxygen but prana. It is normal to often forget what you have read; it is the Low that makes you forget! So you are right to keep a reminder.

Student: Hi Angel. Good evening everyone. It's not every day we get this opportunity. Thank you so much for your willingness to answer our questions. My question is about the difficulty of visualisation. I still can't visualise anything. Everything is dark. So, for example, I find it very difficult to visualize a psychic bubble. To do this, I have to help myself with eye movement to mentally create a sphere of prana. That is, with the movement of my eyes, I create the illusion of drawing a sphere, but obviously I don't visualize it. The same thing happens with "feeling." I don't feel the energy flowing into the chakras. I don't feel when they are charged, I don't feel the movements of energy, nothing! I use only pure intent for everything. But almost all guided techniques involve visualization to facilitate learning. And I can't do it. Sometimes I wonder if I am attracting negative energy, since I don't visualize light. I would like to know if this is normal or if something is wrong. Thank you very much for your answers.

Angel: Hi! Moving your eyes and then creating a sphere with your eye movement is definitely not good, both because you are not actually creating the Protection, and because it will end up becoming an eye tic that will be difficult to get rid of. So I advise you not to move them at all, because while you meditate or practice you must remain absolutely still and relaxed, so every muscle in your body must remain relaxed; the eye rotation movement not only does not lead to anything positive, but it also causes discomfort to your eyes and distracts you. However, I find it strange that you are unable to visualize. Perhaps by visualizing you mean 'seeing', but visualizing at the beginning is based on imagining, because seeing with your eyes closed comes much, much later, and is called 'Mental Vision' and not 'Visualization', which are two very different techniques. First you have to learn to visualize, that is, imagine that the prana is coming to you. It's normal to find it a little difficult, but never having been able to visualize seems really strange to me. To visualize, for example, try to remember an event that happened to you: basically, you are visualizing the people and the place of that event. This is visualizing. Or try to think about how nice it would be if you went for a relaxing walk tomorrow, and see yourself walking along, completely relaxed. There you go, you are visualizing. Or try to remember a dream you had; you see it playing out in your mind, and that is visualizing, because you are visualizing a memory, which in this case is a dream. In this course, we must learn to use visualization to control it for psychological purposes. So it's a pretty simple action, and that's exactly why we use visualization to learn a more complex technique: because we use a simple method to learn a more difficult one. Visualization is actually very important and is the initial part of almost all the techniques I teach at the Academy; so if you can't visualize, you can't perform any of the techniques I teach. Obviously, if you don't practice as the technique tells you to, but do something else entirely (for example, rolling your eyes), you won't feel anything because you're not actually practicing anything. In other words, you haven't practiced my techniques so far, so it's normal that you haven't had any results.

Student: Thank you, Angel, for sharing this. I have a little difficulty when I try to concentrate and imagine the energy around us or even the prana we breathe during meditation, because sometimes I get distracted by the very act of visualizing. I want to ask you if it is correct, during our practice, to have an image in mind like the one seen at the end of the video, that is, to imagine in front of us, in third person, a body in half lotus position, representing ourselves, and gradually surrounded by pranic light, energy. Is the same true when we meditate and breathe prana? I hope I have explained myself well. Thank you.

Angel: Hi! The techniques should be performed in the first person, so you should not imagine yourself as if you were in third person in front of another you, but you should perform the techniques on yourself, so breathe inside yourself (you should not imagine that the other person is breathing prana) and create protection around yourself, because the protection must protect you and not an imaginary image of yourself.

Student: Good evening, everyone! Thank you, Angel, for this opportunity. I was also thinking that in summer, people tend to go to the beach (or the pool), lie down in the sun or on a sunbed, and sunbathe. So you lie down with your eyes closed. That is one of the few moments when a person who does not practice could breathe consciously, breathing prana even if unconsciously. However, I wonder if we are using the intention that is fundamental to meditation correctly, the intention to draw prana to specific points in the body, the Chakras. Is it possible that, even if not consciously, we breathe it in simply by breathing consciously? Perhaps not in the same quantities as in meditation, but could it be considered as such? If so, summer would be the most positive time of the year on the planet, with many people doing this at the same time. In fact, for many people, this season is their favorite. Could it be that by breathing, they accumulate prana and, collectively speaking, perceive the positive effects? Is it right or wrong to think this? Also considering that every time you open your eyes after sunbathing, you see everything with a whiter and brighter light, as in meditation. When I think back to the past, when I wasn't practicing yet and I happened to be at the beach, I remember that feeling of seeing things slightly more clearly and with detachment, so to speak. By detachment, I mean that feeling that I (we) often have, as if our reality were not so real. So, in theory, globally speaking, there should be less negativity in the world every year during the hot season. Does this happen or not?

Angel: That's partly correct, and I'll explain why. Summer is the time when people go on vacation and take a break from the hectic life they lead during the rest of the year because of work. In fact, those who go on vacation perceive this period as more relaxing, while those who don't take vacations even in summer— , of course—will not experience this period in a relaxing way. On the contrary, because of the heat added to work stress, it may not be much different from the rest of the year. Getting out into nature is very good for you, and by nature we don't just mean the mountains, but also (and in summer, I would say especially) the sea, because sunbathing, breathing fresh air (and not the same air you breathe for hours on end when you're in the office or at home) and swimming in salt water is very good for your physical and mental health. For all these reasons, people are more likely to relax more in summer than in any other season. It's true that the sun is good for us, but our spiritual evolution does not depend on how often we lie on the beach, but on how much we practice, whether in winter or summer. Among other things, for many people, summer is mistaken for a time when you can give in to pure apathy, so it is always important to remember that each of us experiences summer differently and there are those who waste the whole summer indoors playing video games and watching movies and doing nothing else. So when people lie down on a beach lounger and relax, their vibration obviously changes, because instead of thinking about their problems and the myriad of chores and jobs to do, they are relaxing their mind, which obviously becomes more positive. This does not happen because they are breathing prana, because you only absorb pranic energy if you voluntarily call it in, that is, if you concentrate on calling it in with intent. The reason why people find it easier to relax in summer and perhaps even talk about spirituality is because their hectic lives slow down for a while, so they spend a few days (which can be two weeks or three months, and the final result also depends on the length of the vacation) without rushing around and having a thousand work thoughts in their heads, but devote themselves solely to rest. So you have more free time and this rest is good for your health, but it is not what makes us evolve. If we spent the whole year 'resting', i.e. without working, assuming that we could do so, it would obviously give us more free time, but how each person would use it is anyone's guess.

In the sense that some would start to reflect much more, the first period they would "rest" and then they would begin to understand that just resting is not enough (because then it becomes apathy) but that something else is needed, something concrete to evolve (and here they begin to seek answers in the Spiritual Path); Others, on the other hand, would fall into total boredom, into pure apathy, because they would use their free days to obsess and remain stuck in their own minds every day. So although summer is great for us because we get some sun (and therefore vitamin D) and we are supposed to have more free time thanks to the longer days (or rather the hours of sunshine, because there are still 24 hours in a day, just like in winter!), everyone's spiritual evolution depends on how much they use their time to practice and not just to stay in the Low; for example, going to the beach every day but never meditating means staying in the Low. To conclude, the reason why, after lying in the sun, when you open your eyes you see everything 'white' is not because of prana, but because of the visual effect of having your eyes (even if closed) pointed at the sun. Even if your eyelids are closed, they are still quite 'thin' and do not prevent the sun from shining through. In fact, if you keep your face pointed towards the sun, you will obviously see the light and experience the optical effect for a few moments. So summer is a good time because you have more free time and there are beautiful days that allow you to relax, but that's not enough to evolve spiritually; to do that, you need to practice with intention.

Student: You've been perfect. Thank you for clearing up my doubts, it's important to have clarity!

Student 2: What is the correlation between prana and solar energy? Are they the same thing? Can we breathe only sunlight instead of breathing prana? Because it is easier to think of sunlight.

Angel: Many people confuse sunlight with prana, because sunlight can be seen, while prana ( , without prior training) is more difficult to see. So they think that imagining breathing sunlight is equivalent to pranic breathing. But this is not the case, because sunlight is yellow, not white like prana, which is what we need to focus on. For this reason, we use the prana of the Universe because it is broader and purer. The sun is only a star, it is microscopic compared to the whole Universe; therefore, it is not wrong to think of sunlight, but prana, the universal one, is much broader. The sun is very positive for us, sunlight is good for our body and energy, but let's not confuse it with prana energy. Also because if they were the same thing, you would just need to go to the beach to get some sun and your psychic abilities would evolve so much that telekinesis would become a piece of cake and you would perform it every day at very high levels. This does not happen because sunlight cannot be compared to prana, although it is very good for our physical and mental well-being and also for our energy, which is why it is important to get some sun every day; however, let's not confuse the well-being given to us by the sun with the well-being given to us by prana. Both are good for us and that is why we must take both, we must not replace one with the other! It would be absurd from both sides.

Student 2: Okay, so it's much better for me to meditate by letting in energy from the Universe; in fact, the Sun is too restrictive.

Student: A year ago, I noticed that there is energy around us that is multidimensional, spinning around itself, and in the meantime, you can see a nebulous white dust, but it is not slow; it moves as if it were wind. Is it prana?

Angel: Yes, exactly. I recommend that you read the articles on the subject of Seeing Energy, because there you will find all the answers on how to see it.

Student: Hi Angel, thank you for everything. Your articles are wonderful and, above all, they demonstrate knowledge derived from practice. I wanted to ask you why, when I am mesmerized at night watching the bright dots of prana, I sometimes have the feeling that something could suddenly appear that might scare me. Has this already happened to me?

Angel: It's a matter of blocks that the Low, through the Regulator, imprints in your mind. We all have the same "fear" the first few times. Coincidentally, we all fear that if we look at our room in the dark, something might appear to scare or hit us. How is it that it has never happened, yet we continue to think this way every time we want to look at the energy? Obviously, it's the Low trying to block you, hoping to prevent you from practicing by exploiting that fear, so that it ensures you won't evolve spiritually, because if you don't practice the techniques, you won't discover the truth. So don't let it stop you, because you know it won't happen at all, nothing will appear to scare you and nothing and no one will hit you, you're just looking at the energy in your room. What do you have to be afraid of? Nothing, so don't fall into the trap of the Low: it just wants to prevent you from evolving because it knows that if you face that fear, you will discover that there is really nothing to fear and you will continue with your evolution.

Student: A question that comes to mind is: when I meditate, I fill my chakras with energy, and as soon as I finish, I start practicing various techniques. Isn't some of the energy I'm using for the techniques the energy I accumulated from meditation? If so, after various techniques, haven't I used up some of the energy I accumulated in the previous meditation? So, after practicing the techniques, isn't it better to meditate again and refill the chakras so that we always have energy, since we have just used some of it for the techniques? Obviously, the more times we meditate each day, the more energy we accumulate and the better it is, and the techniques also have a greater effect.

Angel: No, absolutely not, you don't have to worry about that. When you practice other techniques, you don't have to worry about expending energy, because it's like eating. When you eat, you consume calories to chew, but this does not mean that when you have finished your lunch you have already consumed all the energy and properties of the food because of chewing. Obviously, what you consume while eating, chewing, and digesting is a very small percentage compared to the nutrition you are absorbing at that moment. In psychic practice, it works in the same way, because when you perform a technique outside of meditation (which we consider nourishment) and practice, for example, Protection, the energy you use to perform Protection is so minimal that you are not really consuming anything, but it is all a gain, because in addition to having the energy within you, you are also using it to protect yourself. At first, everyone worries about how much energy accumulated in meditation can be consumed during the practice of other techniques, but in truth, this is not what consumes us.

In fact, you consume almost all your energy while you are in the Low state, because during that time your energy has to work hard to protect and take care of you while you are unconscious. As long as you practice, even without realizing it, you find yourself at a very high vibration, and the more you learn to stay at that vibration, the more it allows you not to consume almost any energy; it is the Low that consumes your energy, it is the vampirism that comes from outside (from other people, entities, etc.) that steals your energy every day. All the energy we absorb during meditation, even if you don't feel it, is largely used for the well-being of our physical body, and the rest is used by the Sixth Sense to nourish itself so that it can then perform its psychic faculties. When you practice other techniques, you consume a very small amount of energy, a bit like you don't lose weight by eating, because what you consume while eating is not comparable to what you are introducing during the meal. Therefore, you don't have to worry about consuming energy while practicing, because it is really minimal and that is not the problem. Creating Protection every day also means defending yourself from vampirism, i.e., from external sources that try to steal large amounts of energy from you every day. So don't be afraid to consume 0.1% of your energy to perform Protection if it can protect you from 70% of vampirism! Also, remember that meditation is not an end in itself, but we meditate to absorb energy precisely so that our Sixth Sense can feed on it, and therefore to practice the techniques to the best of our ability. In fact, it is not so much the techniques that consume energy, but we must meditate to give the right nourishment to our Sixth Sense, which obviously needs a large amount of energy every day; then the techniques themselves do not consume as much as you think. If we didn't practice for fear of expending energy, the Low would have won over us.

Student: I imagine that someone who has been meditating on the chakras for a long time and consistently has a good energy reserve. If they practice healing, which is a technique that requires a lot of energy, will they still have energy left? I mean, if they don't meditate immediately afterwards to reabsorb prana, will they experience a significant energy deficiency?

Angel: There is no risk. This is because, first of all, the energy they are using to perform the healing—if we are talking about my technique and not the technique taught outside this Academy—is not their own personal energy but external energy, the prana of the Universe, so there will be no depletion within them. His sixth sense will consume a little energy, as it is obvious that in order to perform any action, you have to consume a percentage of energy, but compared to that absorbed during meditation, it is really low. The opposite happens in courses outside this school, where it is normal to empty yourself in order to use your own energy, and in that case it is obvious that you consume yourself completely, but that is the mistake of following obsolete techniques. Therefore, even if you do not meditate immediately after performing the healing, you are not at any risk. Rather, I recommend that you meditate first, but only to absorb more energy, so that you can be sure of performing the healing with more power, but not because otherwise you would be completely drained, because this does not happen if you follow my instructions to the letter, which are designed precisely to enable you to perform the techniques without exhausting yourself. That's all for today, but if you have any other questions, you can send them by right-clicking and clicking on "Write question." Good night, everyone!

Tutto molto chiaro.
